Faculty Success, a secure software application developed by Academic Impressions, is a tool used to collect, manage and report faculty activities and CV data.  Faculty Success allows faculty to record teaching, research, publications, presentations, awards, and service activities.

The initial roll out of Faculty Success focused on the ability to generate reports for annual reviews, create promotion and tenure dossiers and request sabbatical leave. However, Faculty Success can be used to streamline many of our processes that require faculty data and in turn allows faculty to spend less time collating their materials than ever before. Faculty Success also can be utilized as a tool for strategic planning and building collaboration. Faculty Success provides the ability to:

  • Generate up-to-date faculty resumes and fact sheets
  • Construct robust customized reports along with ad hoc reporting capabilities that can be used University wide and by specific departments/colleges to highlight faculty accomplishments
  • Pinpoint faculty expertise and research currently being done to align with the Strategic Goals of the University
  • Reduce manual entry of publications using Web Services API, BibTeX, SCOPUS and Google Scholar files
  • Produce multiple types of accreditation reports such as AACSB, ABET, NCATE and more
