SELF-ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Please take the Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment. You have been given access to the assessment through Academic Impressions. If you do not already have an Academic Impressions account, one has been created for you. Follow these steps to take the assessment: 

  1. Visit Academic Impression’s hompage.
  1. Click Create Account/Login in the top right corner of your screen. If you already have an Academic Impressions account, log in with your existing credentials. If you did not have an account, one has been created for you. Please click the “Lost Password” button on the login screen. This will generate an email that allows you to set your password and log in for the first time.
  1. After logging in, visit this page and follow the instructions on the screen to take the assessment.
  1. After completing the assessment, your results will display. You can view your results any time by clicking My Account -> My Profile. Please bring your results with you to the workshop!
