We are getting very close to being full – we have a few spaces available on Friday, 12/9 in the 1:00 -6:00 p.m. time slot and several in the 6:00 – 11:00 p.m. time slot. I’m attaching a revised copy of the letter we used to send out (or rather, someone in Academic Affairs sent it out on their list serv for us). Would you mind reviewing this for possible distribution to faculty? This goes all the way back to Mark Nelson’s days in Academic Affairs and if I recall correctly, sometimes it went out under Hank’s name, my name, our names, or the provost’s name.
Usually the Friday afternoon and evening spaces are the last to go because people want to leave campus before then. If those are open, can we tell students they need to use those spaces before faculty are forced to find space for them earlier in the week?
