The Office for Academic Affairs is pleased to announce that the print copies of The New York Times and USA Today through the Collegiate Readership Program will be available for your Summer 2015 courses. The program is designed to allow newspapers to be used as a teaching tool and for you to bring current events into your classroom discussions. As an added benefit, students and faculty can access the paid access areas of NYTimes.com. Visit www.nytimes.com/passes and create a free account by using your ua.edu e-mail address as your login. Please share this information with your students.
The 2015 summer delivery program will run from May 26 through July 29 with no delivery June 24-30 (break between summer terms) and July 3 (July 4 holiday date). Papers will be available at the following locations for the summer:
Bounds Law Library
Reese Phifer Hall
The full readership program at a larger number of campus locations will resume in the fall term.
