During the 2015-2016 pilot year, the Learning in Action Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) has supported faculty and staff in offering distinctive and impactful curricular and co-curricular experiences to our students. Routinely, our students have been sharing with us how valuable and transformative these learning opportunities have been. As Learning in Action now moves into its second year, I am pleased to invite interested faculty and staff to apply to become Learning in Action Fellows. Those selected will be provided with professional development across one academic year. Learning in Action Fellows will also be recognized as campus leaders in experiential learning and will have opportunities to learn from colleagues across campus and national leaders in experiential learning.
In addition, recognizing the vital role of assessment in the Learning in Action QEP, applications are also being accepted for an Assessment Team that will guide the process used to evaluate its impact. All faculty and staff with an interest in assessment, evaluation or experiential learning are invited to apply.
