Specific Requirements:

1. Name, title, and campus address of faculty member(s)
2. Title and number of course(s) to be developed
3. Brief description of course
4. Detailed description of technologies to be incorporated
5. Expected contributions of the project
6. Budget and resource requirements. Be specific. (Note: funding includes reimbursement to the teaching unit for faculty release time.)

Approval Process:

1. Typically, proposals will be reviewed twice a year. Submission deadlines will be announced for the fall and spring.
2. Proposals must be approved by the respective department chair(s) and dean(s) prior to submission to Provost Judy L. Bonner, Office for Academic Affairs, Box 870114 (254 Rose Administration Building).
3. A committee, appointed by the Provost, will recommend proposals for funding.
